Do you accept my insurance?
We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most major commercial insurance providers. A full list of accepted plans is available on this page. If you do not see your insurance listed, please contact our office at 214-467-3832 to confirm coverage.
Why do you need my insurance card before my appointment?
Providing a copy of your insurance card before your visit helps us verify your coverage more quickly and avoid delays. Insurance verification is significantly faster when we have your information in advance.
What happens if my insurance cannot be verified at the time of my visit?
If we are unable to verify your insurance during your visit, you will be considered a self-pay patient until verification is completed. Once your insurance is verified, any applicable adjustments will be applied according to your coverage.
Do you accept HMO and PPO plans?
Yes, we accept both HMO and PPO plans from multiple insurance providers. Some HMO plans may require referrals or prior authorization. Please check with your insurance provider or contact our office for details.
